Carrier, Customs Tariffs and Fees

In conjunction with the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy of BSF, this Carrier, Customs Tariff Guiding Principle sets out the basis on which a ORDER received by BSF with confirmed transfer of Full Payment is processed and stored by us for dispatch upon full payment to whichever means as assigned by Customer to apply.

BluStreak Fashions offers different types of Carrier, Custom Clearance depending on the country of import.

Carrier, Customs/Import Duties and Taxes Paid:

Customer to pay the duties and taxes in advance to BSF upon placing the order. Conditions Apply.

If any document is required from the customer side, it is necessary for the consignee to provide the document on a timely basis to avoid if additional charges incurred as a result that is to be borne by consignee.

Carrier, Customs/Import Duties and Taxes Unpaid:

Customer will not pay the duties and taxes to BSF upon placing the order. Conditions Apply.

Charges will be settled by the customer to the carrier for customs to release the shipment.

The customer will get an invoice from the Carrier that includes customs duty, import taxes, and other expenses.

The customer must keep the receipt of the customs payment for future reference.

The customer is responsible for paying customs duty and other charges at the time of clearance as BSF will only release Goods or Services upon Full Payment to BSF; if the carrier requires for extra amount at the time of delivery, BSF will Not be liable to pay the additional fees charged.

Calculating Carrier, Customs/Import Duties and Taxes:

Carrier, Customs/Import duties and taxes fees levied at checkout is estimation and not the exact calculation.

If actual customs fees exceed the estimated customs fees taken at the time of placing an order, BSF will Not be liable to pay the additional fees charged.

The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product (if applicable).

Factors which play important role in estimating Carrier, Customs/Import Duties and Taxes:

Product category and price

Shipping costs and package weight

Customs clearance channel

Storage charges may apply for delays to submit the required documents or otherwise.

Import taxes based on custom duty amounts

Import fees as per the destination country's customs rules.

Changes in dollar exchange rates.

The customer can receive multiple shipments for a single order; customs charges will be applied to the shipments accordingly.
